A native of Edapally-Kochi, is a highly experienced professional in the hospitality industry, holding a postgraduate degree in Tourism Administration from Oxford Institution, Bangalore. With 15 years of experience working with renowned companies such as SOTC, Cox & Kings, and Akbar Travels, Ravikumar has honed his expertise in tour sales and service.
In 2014, he co-founded Visa Expert Company, which has since become a leading specialist in the UK work, study, and dependent visa processes, as well as visas for other countries. Expanding his entrepreneurial ventures, Ravikumar recently launched TourFly India Pvt Ltd, a sister company focused on tour & ticketing services.
Ms. JAYASHALINI J (Director- Futurewings Academy for Professional Training and Placements)
Jayasalini J is a seasoned professional in the tourism and hospitality industry with a vision to shape the future of travel and logistics. She completed her post-graduation in Tourism Administration from the prestigious Oxford Institutions, Bangalore. Her career journey began with roles at renowned organizations such as SOTC and Cox & Kings, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry.
In 2014, driven by a shared vision with her college mate, Mr. Ravi Kumar, Jayasalini co-founded Visa Expert, a company that has since become a well-established name in Cochin. With over 40 employees, Visa Xpert specializes in UK study, work, and dependent visas, as well as visas for other countries, helping countless individuals achieve their dreams of working and studying abroad.
Expanding their entrepreneurial endeavors, they launched TourFly in 2022, a venture that focuses on holidays and travel services. TourFly offers packages to destinations worldwide, with a special emphasis on the Middle East and Far East, catering to both individual travelers and corporate groups. The company is tied up with numerous MNCs in and around Cochin, further solidifying its reputation in the travel industry.
As the Director of FutureWings Aviation and Logistics Academy, Jayasalini J continues to bring her wealth of experience and visionary leadership to the forefront, guiding the academy to new heights.
Mr. VIJAY RAJ ( Director - Futurewings Academy for Professional Training and Placements)
Mr. Vijay Raj is a highly accomplished tourism professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Tourism, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and is IATA certified, bringing extensive industry knowledge and leadership expertise.
During his career, he has held key positions including Secretary of the District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC) in both Kollam and Thrissur, contributing significantly to regional tourism development. He has also represented Kerala operations for a prominent Kuwait-based multinational company for five years and has worked as a Training Manager in five-star resorts.
In addition to his industry achievements, he has made notable contributions to the education sector as a trainer in aviation and tourism programs. A skilled soft skills and motivational trainer, he has conducted training sessions across Kerala, inspiring and preparing students for professional success. He is also proficient in foreign languages such as French and German.

Mr. JIJU JOHN (Academic Head - Futurewings Academy for Professional Training and Placements)
Mr. Jiju John is a highly experienced aviation professional with an impressive career spanning over 27 years in the airport and airline industry. He has worked with world-renowned airlines such as Emirates, Aeroflot Russian Airlines, and Saudi Arabian Airlines across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
With over 7 years of teaching experience, he specializes in IATA and aviation-related programs, bringing deep industry knowledge and practical insights into the classroom. Known for his expertise and leadership, he plays a key role in guiding students towards successful careers in the aviation industry.
Ms. AISHWARYA S. NAIR (Academic Co-ordinator - Futurewings Academy for Professional Training and Placements)
Aishwarya S. Nair is an experienced aviation and logistics professional with over 12 years of expertise in training, curriculum development, and student mentoring. A certified IATA trainer with a background in Tourism Studies, she has successfully trained over 500 students, many of whom are placed in leading organizations.
As the Academic Co-ordinator at FutureWings Academy for Professional Training and Placements, she plays a key role in designing industry-focused programs and delivering both online and offline training. Her focus is on equipping students with practical knowledge and skills to build successful careers in aviation, travel, and logistics.
Ms. ADITHYA MARY (Faculty - Futurewings Academy for Professional Training and Placements)
Adithya Mary is a dedicated educator specializing in Tourism, Aviation, and Hospitality Management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel Management and is IATA trained in Airline Cabin Crew operations.
With prior experience in front office and guest relations, she brings practical industry exposure into her teaching. Known for her interactive and student-friendly approach, she focuses on developing communication skills, professionalism, and service excellence.
She also holds certifications in NSDC Airline Service Standards, First Aid & CPR, German Goethe Zertifikat (B1), and Diploma in Computer Applications with Tally. Fluent in multiple languages, she prepares students for global career opportunities in the travel and hospitality industry.
