About Futurewings Academy
A Kochi institute for professional training and placements in aviation, tourism, hospitality and logistics, founded by industry veterans to close the gap between classroom learning and real jobs.
Who We Are
Futurewings Academy for Professional Training and Placements was founded by three industry veterans, Ms. Jayasalini J, Mr. Ravikumar R and Mr. Vijay Raj, to bridge the gap in skilled manpower in the aviation and logistics sectors.
We combine practical exposure with strong theory. Our faculty give personal guidance and mentorship to students aiming for careers in aviation, logistics, travel, tourism and hospitality.
Our curriculum is designed around current market needs, with hands-on training, real-world case studies and skill development that improves employability.

Mr. Ravikumar R
Director
With over 15 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, Mr. Ravikumar R has built a strong foundation in travel management, visa consultancy, and holiday planning. An alumnus of Oxford Institutions, Bangalore, he began his career with leading travel brands, including SOTC, Cox & Kings, and Akbar Travels. He co-founded Visa Xpert in 2014 and later established TourFly India Pvt. Ltd., expanding his vision across visa services, tours, and travel solutions.
Ms. Jayasalini J
Director
A postgraduate in Tourism Administration from Oxford Institutions, Bangalore, Ms. Jayasalini J combines extensive industry experience with entrepreneurial vision. After gaining valuable experience at SOTC and Cox & Kings, she co-founded Visa Xpert in 2014, helping grow the business into a team of over 40 employees. In 2022, she launched TourFly India Pvt. Ltd., extending her commitment to delivering quality holiday experiences and corporate travel solutions.
Mr. Vijay Raj
Director
Over 20 years in hospitality and tourism. Master's in Tourism, PGDBA and IATA certified. Former Secretary of the District Tourism Promotion Council in Kollam and Thrissur, Training Manager at five-star resorts, and a soft-skills trainer fluent in French and German.

Ms. Aishwarya S. Nair
Academic Co-ordinator
12+ years in aviation and logistics training, curriculum development and mentoring. Certified IATA trainer who has trained over 500 students, many placed in leading organisations.
Ms. Adithya Mary
Faculty
Bachelor's in Tourism and Travel Management, IATA trained in airline cabin crew operations, with front office and guest relations experience. Certified in NSDC Airline Service Standards, First Aid & CPR and German (Goethe B1).
Ms. Nishana Ashiba Beegam
Language Trainer
Former flydubai cabin crew member (3 years) and English, soft skills and IELTS trainer. M.A. in English; fluent in English, Arabic and Malayalam.

Our founders also run Visa Xpert (UK study, work and dependent visas) and TourFly (holidays and ticketing). Students see real visa, ticketing and tour operations up close.
