Certificate in Airline Customer Service at a glance

Airlines compete on service, and the staff who handle passengers at the counter, the gate and the lounge are the ones who decide whether a delay becomes a complaint or a loyal customer. This three-month certificate is for working professionals who want to raise those skills, and for candidates moving into airline customer service from another industry.

The course is built around real situations: industry talks with airline staff, airport industrial visits, and communication and service training that goes beyond the basics.
